I find the reception staff friendly,helpful and professional. As a new patient I was amazed to be offered appointments so quickly in contrast to waiting three weeks at the practice I previously attended.I think the appointment reminders by text are a great idea and the flu jab information. My doctor is reassuring , knowledgeable and makes me at ease whilst being extremely professional.I therefore would be able to discuss any ailment that might be worrying me. I was given preventative medication for my eye allergy,this aspect of my problem had never been addressed before. I think it is important that doctors appear to be interested in the humanities and not just the science of their profession.My experience at the surgery is that you have a perfect balance of the two.

What I like about the surgery is the clean fast and efficient service, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. The surgery always keeps up to date with all the new services available to patients. My favourite is the online service where you are able to access all your own prescriptions and order repeats at a click of a button.
